In order to guarantee your room because of delayed arrival, we need your credit card number or payment in advance, unless other arrangements are made when booked. Always include your booking number when informing of your delayed arrival.

Cancelling must be made before the booked arrival date to avoid unnecessary charges.

Special booking arrangements are necessary in conjunction with holidays and special events.

We follow the national rules of the Hotel/Restaurant Enterprisers´ regarding booking and cancelling.
